The room is big and clean, not smelly and no biting bug. I have ever stayed in several hotels in Sintang and always face the bug and smell problems mostly. This hotel has good chef with nice food, try the salted egg-Chicken very commended and the other Korean food choices. I recommend this hotel truly. They have live music show every weekend. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious I chose the deluxe roomand clean. The standard room is small but you get from what you paid for. Nice environment and easy to access to the city. Food is nice. I love the Korean and western food, so tasty and original. I heard that the chef was graduated from Australia. Staff does not speak English but they try though, but the Manager speaks good English. Price is very reasonable. Two thumbs up. This hotel was recommended by family members. It is a fairly new hotel. The A/C works well and there is hot water for showers ... my two important must haves in a hotel in the humid Southwest Asia climate. The hotel on the 3rd floor was adequate and served pretty good food. The only negatives are no elevator or lift. This could be problematic for the elderly or handicapped. And the hotel is adding more rooms so the construction noise could be bothersome ...
